Mandating completion of certain properties before ticket closure
We have certain categories of tickets where we want to mandate certain properties being populated before they can be closed. This does not seem possible currently.
E.g if the ticket category is Billing Issue, we need Issue Resolution completed before that ticket is moved to closed. If I make Issue Resolution a mandatory property it is going to mandatory for all ticket types which is not what i need.
