Managing time zones for closed deals

For international organizations across multiple time zones, which can include different days, can we have a way to manage the time zone better? Example: An Australian company has a sales person in India or maybe America, and she closes a deal on 30 September. In the US, that's 1 October.  But for records, that's a close date in September. Right now it's not possible to have this automatically happen. We'd have to have a process written and followed. We'd rather have it be a technology solution. Is that possible to build into HubSpot?

We have this issue as well - I just ran into a situation where a chunk of deals are in different years depending on where you sit to look at them.
