We use a workflow to distribute leads according to who is present on which day and at which time (we prefer to capture leads with forms rather than meetings).
The problem is that the availability of each salesperson changes regularly and we have to constantly modify the workflow to adapt.
It would be interesting if each salesperson could indicate his or her availability in his or her profile and that the distribution of leads in a team would take into account the availability of each person.
A bit like the availability of the support team for inboxes, but at a global level.
Everyone would be responsible for indicating their availability, rather than constantly changing workflows.
Currently, while HubSpot offers a comprehensive suite of tools for managing sales processes, one critical aspect that seems to be missing is the ability to manage the availability of individual sales team members. Implementing a feature that allows the creation of personalized schedules for each sales representative based on their working hours could bring numerous benefits.
