It would be useful to be able to control user/team acess for whole property groups. This would allow for a cleaner interface for users while viewing all record properties if there are groups where all properties are not accessible for that user.

Additionally - having a permission restricting Users or Teams from adding to certain groups.
Use case - a Property Group set aside for 'critical data'
We would not want anyone to be able to control which properties can live in that group or change this without admin management
