Make the quote templates distinguishable in the quote approval workflow

Who: sales reps, sales team
Goal: Send price indications to prospects asap
Value: Our quotes need to be approved. However, some of our quote templates are just informal price indications without the option to place an order, and these documents do not require approval. Quote approval, especially when it is not needed, is a lasting process and forms a bottleneck, as the sales rep has to wait on someone else, and that person might not even be available.
Idea: As the quote approval process is actually a customizable HubSpot workflow we could easily help ourselves if it would be possible to identify the quotes' template, by name, by ID, by whatever in an if statement in the HubSpot workflows.
Another, more robust approach would be to add a configurable type property to the quote template and to make that property available to if statements in HubSpot workflows.
