To analyze which path a contact ran through in a workflow, you have to open the workflow history, filter the contact and try to understand the contact's individual path. This can be challenging especially for rather complex workflows with several if/then branches and workflow actions. You start jumping bakc and forth between the "History" and the "Actions" path to check the event e.g. "Continuing on the YES branch" means actually.
It would be great to have a contact's workflow path visualized, e.g. show the workflow and highlight the path the contact ran through.
Great idea - would be so useful to visualise this - even if a simple % overlay on the path line between actions
