Make meeting type required when logging a meeting or call

Seems like as simple no brainer to force users to give managers better data. So that reports don't look like this:

Indeed would be very helpful for reporting purposes. 

Understanably sales will otherwise forget and then we'll keep having no real insights.

Exactly this. Not just reporting, but I also have automated processes dependent on Call Type. If the SDR doesn't enter a call type, he kills his own process.

This should be an enforceable rule. It must be filled in so you can have accurate KPI's -Call and meeting types as well as outcomes. Please!

+1! This is a huge issue for us, as many of our workflows rely on this being filled out, and noncompliance breaks down the whole process.

Settings in "Meetings" are limited.

 

I need to understand the volume of meetings by type of scheduling, to find out which ones have the highest volume, first to understand if the SDR team is adequately qualifying prospects. And secondly, find out what types of meetings are most used by executives.

Even though there is an incentive to raise awareness, many things will only be done if they are "forced" by the tool.

Another configuration that is important to have the freedom to configure, whether mandatory or not, is the Meeting Result. Whether it was productive or not. But again, an action that will only be carried out if it is mandatory linked to the agenda.

This way, I will have coherent indicators that allow me to be aware of the demands of my teams and not a bunch of leaked data.

I agree. These need to be mandatory fields for accurate reporting.

+1 - It is impossible to monitor this daily so enabling fields in "log a meeting" to be mantatory should be done
