When you make a contact INACTIVE, it's not visually clear unless you check the status line. It should be more clear so you don't lose time contacting him and you know, for example, that out of 6 contacts in a company you actually only have 2 that are still active.
Move visual = More instinctive and faster
REQUEST:
A contact that is INACTIVE is easy to recognize visually. It appears in black or an other color in Hubspot, so you know instantly that's an inactive contact, without needing to click and open it:
The full line of that contact the contact record page is black / other color.
The contact card on the rightside from a contact's record page is black / other color.
If you get inside the inactive contact's record, the top left square with it's name and info is black / other color.
A contact that is INACTIVE can't be manually interacted with unless we make it active again. (Can't add notes, contacts, write emails, etc). (Could be a choice in settings)
When you filter the contacts record page, you can see or hide inactive contacts.
