Make it possible for the chat bot to search the entire website, not only the Knowledge Base
After business hours, we often get questions via Chat which are very visible on different website pages, for example our prices or what a function includes. If the chat bot had the ability to search the entire website and not only the Knowledge Base, it would be easier to help prospects find relevant/necessary information.
