The customer noticed that the eCommerce products synced from the integration are not editable. They have instances that they need to use the same items in their quotes/line items and they'd not want to import the same items which will look like duplicates.
I understand making it editable might cause the syncing to stop working especially if the items were edited and not properly synced back or affect existing deal information. However, they would like to see if we can make the same synced products editable/usable in other quotes that they're creating in the future.
Would one-way sync not resolve any issues with the e-commerce platform?
This is a common requirement in the B2B sector.
