Make call and meeting types required

We need to be able to make call types required, similar to how we have call outcomes as required, so we can report on different call types.

For example: all calls following up from a specific exhibition can be reported on.

Often sales reps forget to set the call type so the reporting isnt accurate. Being able to make this required would solve this problem.

Agree that this is a must have. I constantly have to go back and add the call type if the sales rep forgot so we have accurate reporting.

In general, having more customization under Meeting records would be very helpful (ie. Custom properties)

Having call and meeting type selection required is essential for our organization to ensure data integrity/meaningful reporting.  Not having call and meeting type required is becoming problematic.  It would also be very helpful to have different drop down choices for calls and meetings (rather than including the meeting choices in the call drop downs, for example).  Thank you for your consideration.

Would really love to see HubSpot look into this request. By requiring this field, we would be able to accurately report on it, and essential understand our sales process better.
