Make associated company mandatory to create a ticket

Hi,

 

Currently our sales and service teams are heavily using the ticket function within HubSpot. However, from a data hygiene perspective, can we have the functionality to make the company a mandatory field when creating a ticket. I could not find it. The user should not be able to create a ticket if a company is not associated. 

 

Would there be an easier way to do this or would this need to be a functionality that HubSpot would need to bring in.

 

I feel that it is a lot more easier to do this on other CRM platforms in comparision.

This seems to be solved now. "Company" association at manual ticket creation can be made mandatory. The overall problem remains for tickets created automatically (via inbound email). You cannot sovle that problem by making "company" a mandatory field at status change (we use this solution for other fields).
