The ability to make a call directly from the playbook would be great to have! Without the possibility to make a call directly from the Playbook we sometimes log one call two times (one from the Call tab and another one from the Playbook). This affects our statistics as well as our efficiency. Thank you!
Yes, indeed it would be great if there was a call button at the beginning of a playbook. I would like to see also other actions in the playbook. For example, send a follow-up email with the right template, or create a task to follow-up on the playbook.
