Make a call option directly via Playbook

The ability to make a call directly from the playbook would be great to have! Without the possibility to make a call directly from the Playbook we sometimes log one call two times (one from the Call tab and another one from the Playbook). This affects our statistics as well as our efficiency. Thank you!

Yes, indeed it would be great if there was a call button at the beginning of a playbook. I would like to see also other actions in the playbook. For example, send a follow-up email with the right template, or create a task to follow-up on the playbook.

This is one of the most confusing points for our sales teams and impacting our effiency and rep measurement on Playbook utilization. 

Solution idea: 

If you click to call, the Open Call Options button/link includes a dropdown to select an available playbook. 

If you click the Playbook, you get the option to click to call (understanding that sometimes the Playbook is opened on an incoming call).
