Make Transactional with external SMTP possible (Without the need of an own HubSpot IP)

we would love if you would make the "transactional Email"-feature available WITHOUT the need for the purchase of the "optional" IP-address. People should be able to add an SMTP/API to use an ESP (email service provider) to send transactional emails without the burden of the expensive "Optional IP-Add-on".
