Wondering if it would be possible to make snippets, especially their use of merge tags within the tool more accessible and increase usability to any part of the tool.
Current functionality supports using snippets with personalization tokens (merge tags) in any email, however, the desirable/additional feature which could be well utilized is being able to grab tokens in any part of the CRM. For example, when creating a ticket or deal, being able to use a snippet directly in the title or description to dynamically pull in the name, company, etc. of the record you are currently on would make snippets more valuable and expand their use throughout the system.
