Make Salesforce Account Id Field Editable in hubspot

Note:
Hubspot has a field(properties) named Salesforce Account Id which is read only, and it is updated automatically
with salesforce record id when hubspot companies synced with salesforce account.

Scenario :
We have multiple existing account records in hubspot and same records we have uploaded in salesforce.
Now we want to sync same records and as well as new account records from salesforce to hubspot(one way sync).

Issue :

when we sync salesforce account to hubspot it will create duplicate records for those accounts
which are already exist in hubspot and same records are sync from salesforce, because the record created in hubspot
don't have value in salesforce Account Id field, while syncing if hubspot found null value
in salesforce Account Id it will create new account records whereas it should update existing records.

Requirement:
Our requirment is to make Salesforce Account Id field in hubspot editable or is there any other alternativeto handle this scenario.
