I would like HubSpot to consider making their Project functionality available on the Starter plan rather than just on higher plans.
Small businesses like my own that does not have the budget for the higher plans also has projects that they need to manage and your competitors such as Copper and Pipedrive are now offering project management functionality at equivalent or cheaper price points to HubSpot Starter.
I may have to look elsewhere for an all in one tool which is not ideal as HubSpot is perfect for most of my needs but I do need to have project management functionality within my CRM.
