Make Chatspot AI available in Workflows

AI that would be capable of modifying/creating new data directly in the workflow would be a good assistant in a daily routine

Hi @RomanKuzmenko - Would you mind sharing a use case example of this? For example, would you want AI to alert you when it thinks what you're doing could be done using a workflow?

One of the practical examples of the possibility of using AI when working with records is the extraction of the main domain from the domains of companies that are actually subdomains or separate pages of the main domain.
That is, CRM currently contains many duplicate companies that do not need to be merged, but there is an intention to establish Parent-Child associations between companies that have the same main domain.
Normal filters are not able to cope with this task, but AI understands it and this has been confirmed in tests.
However, the number of requests to a third-party resource will result in huge costs given the number of records that need to be processed.
Therefore, having AI in workflows that can perform simple, repetitive operations on the existing CRM could be a valuable option

Hello! I could also use ChatSpot in a workflow, for example to analyze data and send internal notifications:
'if contact does X, then highlight the 3 topics to focus on for next meeting with this lead. Then make a task out of it".
In this example, my workflow would be: 1: trigger, 2: ChatSpot analysis, 3: Create task.
I don't know if it's already planned (I guess it is^^), but it would be very helpful, I personally would use ChatSpot more often.

Was going to submit the same idea. The use case for me would be to trigger a Contact Summary from within a workflow. For example, a lead books a meeting which is the trigger for ChatSpot to generate a summary of the Contact & Company and send that to the contact owner.
