Make Call properties like Type and Outcome editable via the Call Record itself
The Call Records shown from the Call List page only allow Notes to be added. None of the call properties are available to be edited from the actual record (even though the Call List shows columns for the properties).
In order to edit properties like the Call Type, Outcome, etc, our reps have to make many clicks - the Call Record > Contact Record > Call tab>open call details. It would be much more straightforward if we could access these property fields on the actual Call Record linked from the Call List page.
