Logging and tracking emails is great but please can we have an option to turn off creating new companies / contacts in hubspot when sending an email.

 

I want to automatically log and track all my emails to companies / contacts that are in my Hubspot CRM. However, as an example, if I send an email to a friend then I don't want his comany to be created in my Hubspot CRM, with him as a contact !

I need all emails to/from contacts in Hubspot to be tracked and logged. If I send or receive an email from a contact that is not in Hubspot, Hubspot should not be tracking or logging. 

 

Currently, the solution is to manually select what emails to track/log. This is not a solution. 

 

Hubspot should only recognize contacts (already in Hubspot) and should ignore any other emails communications.
