Logging and Tracking Bcc emails

I want to be able to log and track emails sent via Outlook as Bcc. Has anyone found a way to do this?

Ditto.

My specific issue is from the Outlook Plug-In if I want to manually log and turn tracking on an email to a BCC recipient (sending out a mass email so I don't want to put everyone on the to line) it would save a lot of time instead of creating a sequence and emailing the automated message one-by-one.  Let me know if this gets back on the roadmap as it would really accelerate a lot of manual work getting a sequence set up and adding receipients one-by-one.

I found an old thread that is similar / related but it looks like it hasn't been updated since 2020.

HubSpot Community - Add CC and BCC capabilities to emails from HubSpot - HubSpot Community

Hi, Team

I have a customer in the same situation, they would like this feature to be implemented, as there is a huge gap in not being able to send mass emails from Outlook using bcc. I'm giving my vote to contribute to the visibility and discussion.

Can't edit my original post, but I'm adding a workaround suggested by a customer in case somebody wants to try it:

I create an Outlook email to just one customer who has a record in HubSpot and it is to my contact on the customer record. I have tried using both of these HubSpot BCC so the email auto connects to HubSpot as an email. Neither one works to add it to the record so I end up going to my Outlook Sent box and copying and pasting the sent email into the HubSpot record. Not ideal but the only workaround I have.

I have ended up creating a work around that allows me to send personlized emails to individuals, log and track it in HubSpot and send the email in bulk.
I use Mail Merge with a Macros Enhanced Mail Merge to Email script.
Once it is all set up I have one word document template and one excel template that I use.
I created the excel with certain fields and parameters and copy and paste in the names and emails to send to, then adjust the Subject line.
Once of the parameters in excel is the BCC line and I enter my hubspot tracking email there. This ensures that every email gets the BCC Hubspot email and that allows for tracking.
In a Word document I paste in all the infromation I am sending and connect the document to the excel file for personalizeation items "field matching".
Then I click a few buttons and emails are sent, via my Outlook.
It sounds complex but really is easy once you have your templates set up.
I learned how to set up the Macros Enhanced Mail Merge from this Youtube tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Di-1C0TJ1_0&t=1s

I hope this helps!

Seems this is something many are trying to tackle - with some workarounds in process however I am wondering if there are any updates on the native cc/bcc capabilities using the Hubspot Sales add -in for Outlook?  Seems a bit strange that this isn't available or an option for various reasons.  Love the ideas but honestly cc/bcc is not something that should require these in my opinion as it is a native capability within outlook.
