Log of list changes

Just like in workflows, would be great to have "List changes" tab with the log of all the changes made: what conditions were added/removed, when & by whom. 


Since lists can be used as enrolment triggers, it is of the same importance to keep track of every edit made and quickly fix it by reviewing the log of changes if any unwanted enrolment happens.  This will also help to see at a glance what caused drops/increases in list performance.
