It would be great if like in "log call" you have an "outcome" if we can have the same option in "log email". Even better would be if you can select "outcome" when in the compose screen of emails and in gmail interface.
If we can then generate reports based on this feild that would be great.
Agreed. This would be a feature we would benefit from too.
I'd like to see a top-level summary of what the email was about. Almost like a category, so I can report on the number of emails that are sent from each category.
We would also love this as we can track what behaviours (calls, meetings etc) are related to sales and what are related to customer care, but we can't do this for emails. When analysing the data at the end of the eyar, we want to see how many calls, emails, meetings etc it takes to keep customers and how many it takes to sell to customers.
