Log automated WhatsApp messages in contact activity timeline
Currently, when you trigger an automated WhatsApp message via a workflow, this message does not appear in the contact record under the activity timeline OR in the conversations inbox. If the contact replies, then it will appear in the conversations inbox. We need to manaully check the enrollment history in a workflow to see if a WhatsApp message was successfully delivered to a contact.
Challenge: Sales and customer service / success / support reps who are working with a contact don't have any visibility about whether a WhatsApp message was automatically sent to a contact, so they have no context about the kind of messaging or content that has been delivered by the business to the contact, and when it happened.
Idea: Please ensure that all WhatsApp messages to a contact, including the automated ones sent via workflows, will appear on the contact record + ensure this activity counts towards the 'last contacted date', 'last activity date' (would also be great to have a last whatsapp message sent date).
