Currently the customer portal has absolutely no other functions beside showing and filtering the ticket list.
Strangely, there is not even a "sign out" button where the user viewing the ticket list could log out.
This would make using the portal more secure and intuitive. Obviously the signing out should land the user to a page where username and password are prompted in order to sign back in.
I'm surprised something like this is not an option. I feel the freedom to sign out when you want to should be available to the end user. Please add a sign-out option for the Customer Portal.
Hi folks, looks like this is possible - you'll need to navigate to your Settings -> Customer Portal -> Template, and select Customize your Customer Portal navigation. Copy the Sign out link that's listed under Useful links.
With that, click Edit under the Menu and add the Sign out link to the navigation bar used in your Customer Portal:
Thanks @NChong, this worked for me. It's not intuative to go this route, perhaps HubSpot can come up with a more out of the box format, it would help the majority with the need for basic features. Thanks for sharing!
