When using LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration, be able to log LinkedIn messages into Hubspot, wether those are from a LinkedIn chat or LinkedIn Sales Navigator chat. The messages could be automatically logged-in with an automated syncing option.
1. This feature is for Sales.
2.The goal is to automate the sales process as much as possible.
3.The value of this feature is time saving. It would solve having to log manually all conversations in LinkedIn into Hubspot (with all the copy-paste and having to do that everytime you send or receive a message from one of your contacts; even if you are doing it from a mobile device).
4.Salesforce enables logging the LinkedIn messages into the CRM
We do a lot of interacting with our clients and prospects on LinkedIn and having these messages logged to the CRM would help to paint a more colorful picture of what is going on with the client both in the sales process and in servicing the customer. Logging this data to the CRM is also a great way to provide reporting on sales activity that rep might be doing in a different channel than calling or emails and help them to better understand what sales activities are generating new business and generating ROI. As the business world has evolved we are selling more and more on less traditional channels and having the ability to see what is working will help the sales team be as effective as possible.
It's 2022. The fact that Hubspot cannot log LinkedIn/Sales Navigator messaging and video meetings and count them towards sales activity is just another reaon why I can't recomend it to any Sales Manager/Executive who has a to manage their team's activity, call volumes, etc.
@fsta we're using HubSpot but this is a massive limitation for us when it comes to reporting, just one of many blind spots we have using this CRM.
Wondering if anyone has an alternative solution to this problem? We're not ready to move away from HubSpot at all but want to try bridge the gap somehow.
It would really help if we could view our LinkedIn messages and reply to them from the convenience of staying within the HubSpot app, please look into reviewing this.
