I have to constantly go in to HubSpot and delete contacts and companies that I do not want emails logged for. As the business owner, there are some discussions that should not be available to all our hubspot users. I am consistently forgetting to toggle the Log in CRM check box, so I will miss emails that I want logged, or log ones that should not be included. If there were a way to set the default functionality for specific contacts, that would be VERY helpful. Thanks!
You can now add contacts to your "Never Log" list. Contacts and domains that are added to this list will not have emails logged in the CRM, even if the Log box is checked. More information on setting up your Never Log list can be found here.
