Log Customer Feedback

We want to be able to record customer feedback easily and then report on it.
A check box in the log activity against a call, email or meeting would be easy.
Or maybe add "feedback" to the options on Log Activity.
We also want/need to do this as part of our ISO9001 certification and continuous improvement.

This is a feature we disperatly need. It would be great to track, organize, and report feedback as another field derectly threw Hubspot. Even a #feedback tag would be great.
