We are using fields reglated to a contacts UTM properties and we realized that these properties are being overwritten when we don't want it to. We want to keep the data that brough this contact in for the first time. Having the ability to select a property to not be overwritten once it has data in it would be helpful. This would a great future feature to have!
Yep - we do this for all our clients with more granular data than HubSpot collects by default for all UTMs and other important metadata that ideally wouldn't be updated once it has a non-empty value. Can't figure out a workaround via workflows either... perhaps with some node.js logic, but that seems overly complicated for what we need to accomplish.
