Live Chat delay

In the Live Chat settings, it would be useful to increase/specify the delay between someone sending us a message and the 'sorry, no one is available' message that is sent if one of our agents takes too long to respond to it. At the moment, I feel the gap is too short, and doesn't give our agent(s) sufficient time to jump onto it.
