I love using Live chat, since it is so nice showing the images of our employes you are able to chat with. I also really like the hubspot bot. But sometimes, you just only want a live-chat (In some specific cases, where you want to skip some steps, and just offer assistance right at the moment they need it).
What i am really missing, is the option with a flip-switch, require that the user should identify themselves with Name & E-mail (or as bare minimum name). So we don't have to chat so much with unknown visitors, and use time on getting their name and e-mail, to then add them as contacts.
