The ability to use custom objects in lists, along with a handful of additional updates to lists, is in beta. At this time we are not accepting any additional beta customers. However, we are aiming to introduce this functionality for all customers as soon as we are able to. We'll update this community post once all customers have been given access, stay tuned!
I can see this is live in the portals we work in which have custom objects. If you don't see your custom objects when selecting list criteria, it's probably best to reach out to HubSpot support.
Could this feature ever be possible from the regular Contact or Company section? Would love to filter out by custom object from the main Companies list.
