Hi team! It looks like it is still quite difficult to create a HubSpot form as an order form. At the moment, we would have to create multiple properties - eg: a product name and another property to capture the quantity of the product. (See the form that I've created via jotform - https://form.jotform.com/210771229859464) It'll be great if we could associate the product library with HubSpot forms. (or associating forms to deals/products)
I'm trying to create a form for customers to select the product they are inquiring about from our website and the product library isn't accessible via forms to be able to make the selection. The information exist in HubSpot, I feel we should be able to pull it as a property field.
Yes - this is a great idea that our business could use "now". It would avoid duplicating data (products) in another system, which in itself raises the risk of getting products/pricing out of sync (...at least in it's simplist form...)
I would love this for our company as well. I need to pay for other software and/or lack automation to manually do it to make it happen right now. Seems so easy to be able to send a form to a client, have them pick a product, enter a discount/promo code (if applicable) and then hit a pay now button to pay. Then all that information goes back into HS. Automation!!
We definitely need this. Trying to create a "quote/proposal request form" and want to provide our products as options for the user to choose from. Very frustrating this isn't available!
I was actually surprised this wasn't possible. Can't see why it's not a feature already, it should be easy to be able to collect any property through forms, I think.
Hi, here's one more person who wrongly assumed that this was already possible in Hubspot. What a huge disappointment! Please make it possible to have a fillable product order form. It's hindering our partner business and causing us to look outside of HS for solutions. Thanks.
