LinkedIn only supports video posts for Company Pages
Getting this error when creating a video post for LinkedIn: LinkedIn only supports video posts for Company Pages: LinkedIn only supports video posts for Company Pages.
Just posted that same video directly on LinkedIn with no trouble. I'd rather post it through HubSpot.
Understand from HubSpot Support that for "user's individual accounts" Hubspot does not support video publishing for LinkedIn, as Hubspot sends this information through an API. API's on LinkedIn's end have yet to accept videos for personal accounts, and thus, this is why it does let you publish the post when directly posted through LinkedIn (as it does not need API's)
Unfortunately, as this is a limitation from LinkedIn end, we are not able to bypass it. So you can post including videos to LinkedIn only for "company accounts" currently through Hubspot.
It would be awesome if HubSpot developers could get in touch with Linkedin and see what improvements can be made for this in the future.
