I also like this idea. In other ticketing software I've been able to use a "parent ticket" to track overarching issues or bugs, and then link multiple child tickets to track all the reports we've gotton from customers. I would love to be able to do something similar with HubSpot tickets, where tickets about the same issue could be linked.
This is a great idea. Other ticketing software like Zendesk and JIRA have this capability. There are two different functionalities needed when it comes to linking tickets:
1) Parent-Child Relationship - like in the bank example given originally.
2) Linking 2 related tickets together - same issue different users, etc.
I think this has been done from within a ticket on the right hand menu bar there is tickets option where you can add a new ticket from within a ticket or link to an existing one
