Link to specific emails / conversations internally
In our company, we often need to share a specific email with another team member.
Examples:
A client recently said they wanted to pursue legal action, so we want to link that email to our management team for serious review.
A manager asks a team member to reference a past email (possibly from another client) to use as an example for a current issue/request from a client.
A team member wants to ask a question about a specific comment in an email thread from a client. Currently, there is no way to directly reference the conversation so that the other user can get the proper context up to that point AND it's not stored as a record that we could have in a note.
This is a huge part of our company culture and communication style, especially working fully remotely, and it would be SO beneficial! Thank you for your consideration 😊
It would be great if emails in the activity timeline had the same note functionality that they do in the conversations inbox. Additionally, that the notes from the inbox carry over to the timeline.
