Link ticket description to Merge activity for Support tickets

As a customer service agent, I am constantly having to merge like feature requests into one ticket. 

It would be nice to keep the ticket description from the ticket I merge into the host ticket as part of the record. I should be given an option here (photo attached for reference) to "view details" and see the contact company and their ticket description that was merged into the existing ticket.

Being able to see the old description will allow me to notify the proper party if we decide to deploy a feature or fix for part and not all of their original request.

ZenDesk does this and provides a link to the original ticket.Snip20210511_62.png
