Link multiple accounts to Ads add-on

HubSpot users with several Facebook and Adwords accounts would like to be able to link all of their accounts to ads, instead of only being able to track one.

Hi @Anonymous - yes! This has been delivered. You should be able to connect an additional Google Ads account by navigating to your HubSpot Settings (gear icon) -> Marketing -> Ads, and then click 'Connect account' and follow the authorization steps.

All users with Marketing Hub Professional or Enterprise or the legacy Ads Add-On (sold before 12/3/2018) are now able to connect multiple Facebook Ads and Google Ads accounts to HubSpot. Google Ads accounts must be connected by the same user.

Hi @specksie - we are actively working on the ability to connect multiple Google Ads accounts to HubSpot. We anticipate releasing this functionality in December. At the outset, we will not be able to support the full MCC structure -- you will need to connect each individual Google Ads CID to HubSpot.

Support for multiple Facebook accounts has been released. We are planning to support multiple Google accounts in late 2018 / early 2019.

June 29, 2018 07:59 AM

Support for multiple Facebook accounts is now live for all Add-On customers.

We hear the need for supporting multiple Google accounts and we do plan to build in support. This will likely not be released until 2019.

Thanks @Anonymous - this should be resolved.

Hi all,

We currently have support for multiple Facebook accounts in a closed beta for Ads Add-on customers. If you are an Ads Add-on customer, you can sign-up here: http://bit.ly/hsadsbeta. This feature will likely be out of beta for all Ads Add-on customers by the end of the month (June 2018).

Hi @WillDekrey,

That's great news! I wanted to sign-up to the beta but there's something wrong with the form. Another customer's personal data is visible to me, instead of the usual form labels (e.g. name, company name). Would you please fix the form asap?

Thanks @Anonymous - this should be resolved.

Guys, if you want to work with bigger companies, the ability to connect AdWords Manager accounts or at least multiple AdWords accounts to HubSpot is must have!

Not that I know of... It was an invite only kind of thing. It seems to be working well. Just know, it's in the pipeline!

This feature is critical (and very much needed) to a business like ours where we manage over 30 adword accounts and mulitple facebook pages and accounts. It's very limited to only be able to track one.

Being able to add multiple AdWords account is extremely important for us. Would be very happy if this feature was added.

Please add this functionality. We bascially can't use our Ads Add-on until we can link multiple adwords accounts. Thanks

This is extremely important to our company and with using the Enterprise Platform of HS - think this would be a great addition.

As an HubSpot enterprise customer we immediately need to connect multiple Google Adwords accounts using our "MMC" (Google Ads manager accounts)

Before that, we are not able to use Google Ads to measure campaigns within HubSpot. So we can't measure, if our paid ads are working for campaigns and/or lead nurturing activities. A lot of big (Enterprise) companies and Google Adwords Accounts are using "MMCs" to manage their paid ads.

Please let us know, if and when this will be possible.

Great news!

Well done, HubSpot team!

We need the multiple account feature for Adwords - we don't want to lose legacy data from our internally managed adwords account, but have recently switched to an Agency and would like to add the account for full transparency.

Status says delivered - any update on Google delivery @WillDekrey ? If so, instructions?
