It would be great to see social media activity in the customer profile activity feed. If they liked a post or sent a message from Facebook vs Linkedin, etc...
We would really benefit from this, especially LinkedIn interactions with the company page being linked to a contact's record (i.e. liked content, followed page, etc.)
This would be a great feature - we can see likes and comments, so why not link it to a contact based on their email or social URL (LinkedIn profile link, etc)?
