Super Admins should have enhanced control over contact exports, including who can export and the quantity they can export from the system. At present, the only options are a toggle to enable or disable contact downloads, and a threshold for notifications after a large export.
A more robust feature is needed, allowing customisation within permission sets under the existing toggle.
