Limited or Partial Contact View for Teams & Users

Our goal is to limit what certain users or teams are able to view on a contact page without completely removing the contact from view.

Our higher level sales team works with sensitive contact data that we don't want other sales team members to have access to, but for sales calls and dialing purposes, we still want these users to be able to make calls, create notes and score these contacts.
