Limit the creation of new quotes to certain deal stages

Now that it's possible to limit the creation of new deals to a single deal stage, restrict skipping stages and backwards movement, it would be great if we also had the ability to restrict quote creation to certain deal stages or once certain properties have values.

I was asked to turn on this functionality today and I am amazed that it is not available...thus, the situation will continue where the sales team can make quotes willy nilly in any change of the pipelines. 😕

It's rather perplexing that HubSpot focuses so much on AI (Breeze) yet the basics of sales operations are still missing.
