Limit products from being added to deals that exceed inventory
Hello, it seems to me that the tool of being able to upload the products to the CRM and having a platform for quotes is very functional and useful for the needs of each one of us as clients.
I think that an improvement that could be had is that when a product is linked to a quote and is linked to a contact where a business is closed, it should be disabled as a product in order to be selected for another quote. In this case, for example, for a company that manages a single unit for each product.
This would be integrating inventory functionality into products.
This could better control inventory and avoid mistakes by sales executives in offering a product that is no longer available.
As our sales team is creating quotes and adding products to a deal, we need to have a way to limit quantities of products available so we don't oversubscribe a finite resource. Maybe product property that allows you to set a max # of available products, or max during a given calendar month, which will prevent salespeople from adding products to a deal when the quantity has been depleted
We are selling property. Clearly you can have many opportunities linked to that product but once contracts are exchange the product is no longer available. This can be done very easy in most other CRMs is it possible in Hubspot?
Totalmente de acuerdo, cual es el sentido de manejar un catalogo de productos si cada producto que allí se incluya puede ser vendido todas las veces que se quieran, permitiendo que los ejecutivos de ventas cometan el error de vender productos que ya no tienen existencias en nuestro catalogo; deberia existir la posibilidad de indicar cuantos productos existen disponibles y una vez se liguen a cotizaciones en negocios y estos se cierren como ganados ser descontados de las existencias del catalogo de productos y ya no permitir poder cotizar dicho producto si su cantidad de existencias es "CERO".
