We have several progressive forms in place that utilize several queued fields. We'd like to be able to determine which visit a queued field appears on (if it's not already populated), even if it doesn't match the available progressive fields already answered in the form.
Example: The form has 6 fields, 3 of which are progressive. We have 7 queued fields in waiting. If a visitor completes all 3 progressive fields, we want to be able to only display the next 2 queued fields (even though 3 progressive fields were completed). Then display 3 on the next visit, then 2 on the next visit. This feature would give us more control to determine which tier the questions should appear on.
Another "nice to have" would also give us the option to select where these fields appear in the form, rather than just at the bottom.
