Lightbox popup for images on Hubspot Knowledgebase
Images and screenshots can be hard to see with the layout in the HubSpot Knowledgebase because the column is small. For customers to view the full-sized image you have to go through the trouble of linking the file. And when the customer clicks on an image, it opens in another tab if using file-linking.
A better experience for the article publisher and the website visitor would be to make the default that images are linked to a lightbox type of popup of the image. It would be faster and easier to publish new images with a full-sized version easily accessible and the visitors would not have to navigate away from the page to see the full-sized image.
I'd like to see this functionality as well. I use the knowledgebase for quite technical explanations and many times the narrow width of the body column isn't enough to make the supporting images clearly visible.
