Our sales reps use the booking links to let customers and prospects book meetings. We also use this function for our telemarketing agencies. The agent at the agency can look into the agenda of the sales for availability and book the meeting on behalf of the prospect via the link.
HOWEVER, right now the location cannot be edited by the user of the form. I think the location field should be a dropdown with options:
- Physical meeting
- Phone
- Microsoft Teams
when the user selects the physical option, we should have 2 options in the meeting link configution tool:
OPTION 1: pre-defined location. This is great if all meetings need to take place in our office for example.
OPTION 2: dynamic location. This is great if all meetings take place at the location of the customer. This is our main use case!
If you allow for option 2, then a Google Maps integration should appear where the user can fill in the address.
I know this idea is a few years old now but why isn't this a thing. We do all of our meetings at the clients location so having the option for them the enter their address (or pulling their address from their record) would be a fantastic option. This needs to be a thing.
