We are able to group properties into named sections on the left side panel but we can't add some instructional text to describe what the section is used for and, if applicable describe the conditions that make each section appear or disappear.
In my example below, I have created a custom object. It's for Business Development.
I have created sections that are stage based and conditional. One section must be completed before moving on to the next. I want to add text (indicated in red font) that provides the user with instructional details.
