Lead scoring | Expiration of points

It would be perfect when the new (currently beta) scoring properties would work as follows:

Each action within the filter earns the contact [1] point, with each point having a [14] day lifespan.

For instance:

A homepage visit equals 1 point, with a point lifespan of 14 days.

If a contact visits the homepage 5 times within 14 days, they accumulate 5 points.

After 14 days, the point(s) "expires."

If the contact visited the home page 2 times on the first of june and 4 times on the 10th of June,

he will have 6 points on June 10 up to June 14,

4 points on June 15 up to June 24

and after June 24, zero points

Lead scoring is a dynamic process that helps businesses prioritize and manage their potential customers. A critical component of an effective lead scoring system is the expiration of points. This mechanism ensures that leads are continually evaluated based on their most recent interactions and behaviors, rather than on outdated actions that no longer reflect their current level of interest or engagement.
