Lead object property history, custom properties and reporting.
I think most people will say leads is a great object. However, it is frustrating how much we went back in time with this object.
1st: why don't we have access to custom properties?
2nd: why don't we have access to the property history?
3rdly: why are we missing very important properties that we do have on deal/contact etc level such as 'date entered lead stage'. This is a must in reporting.
4thly: if you disqualify a lead. The visual now shows it touches every stage. (it shouldn't). But the reporting doesn't show this. Broken.|
