I need the ability to edit the labels on the lead object, currently they are Hot, Warm, Cold. I need the ability to designate them as existing customer or new customer. This means that I either need the ability to select muiliple labels or make customs labels.
I worked with a customer who also would benefit from the ability to have association labels on their leads.
Use case: Target active leads in workflows. Currently, the workflow targets all associated leads which is not ideal as we would only want to set a property value on a specific lead. This can be solved by having association labels and having the workflow UI allow us to select the label of the lead to be targetted, the same way we can do so for associated companies, contacts.
Thanks for adding the ability to add/change labels. Is there a way to add icons or change the box colors similar to what you've done with the Hot, Warm and Cold labels?
Actually, I've figured out how to add an icon (I copied one from the Marketing Email section), but I haven't figured out how to change the box color (not super important).
